Join us for our Celebration of Mama, a special event honoring the strength, love, and resilience of motherhood. Whether you're a longtime member of our FIT4MOM family or discovering us for the first time, this event is your invitation to feel celebrated, empowered, and supported.

💪 Fitness & Movement
Enjoy energizing workouts designed for all fitness levels, led by our certified instructors. Each mama will have the chance to try one or more of our class formats to find the best fit for her!

🎉 Kids Activities & Story Time
Let the little ones explore, play, and enjoy a fun, kid-friendly environment, a tumbling experience with Blaze Athletics and yoga with Little Frogs and Downward Dogs

Why We Celebrate
Motherhood is beautiful—but it’s also hard work. This day is all about YOU. It's about recognizing your strength, your love, your grit, and your heart. It’s about giving you a moment to breathe, laugh, move, and be reminded that you’re not alone.
At FIT4MOM, we believe in supporting every stage of motherhood through fitness, friendship, and community. Because every mom deserves a village.
For the second year in a row, Celebration of Mama will be held in honor of The Community Baby Shower, a local non-profit that is near and dear to our hearts. The Community Baby Shower focuses on providing necessary support and essential baby and postpartum items for new families in need in the community. We ask that all attendees bring a donation for The Community Baby Shower, whether that be a monetary donation, used baby clothing 3-18 months or something from their Amazon wish list found below!
