Why We Celebrate
Motherhood is beautiful—but it’s also hard work. This day is all about you. It's about recognizing your strength, your love, your grit, and your heart. It’s about giving you a moment to breathe, laugh, move, and be reminded that you’re not alone.
At FIT4MOM, we believe in supporting every stage of motherhood through fitness, friendship, and community. Because every mom deserves a village.
We would also like to mention that proceeds from the events raffle and any diaper and wipe donations brought the day of will be benefiting The Community Baby Shower, a local non-profit that is near and dear to our hearts. The Community Baby Shower focuses on providing necessary support and essential baby and postpartum items for new families in need.
